Vinyasa flow yoga is a type of yoga in which a practitioner changes poses dynamically following their breath. Such continuous movement creates a meditative state, thus, practitioners can forget about their life worries and problems and concentrate on the present moment. In vinyasa flow yoga, every single change of pose is connected with breathing in and breathing out. Sometimes this style of yoga resembles a choreographed composition.
